After you call the Factory Service Center or fill out our online scheduling form, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email including your appointment deatils, camping permit and location information, and instructions for utilizing your GoLife Perks discount.

Arrival and Check-In

Arrival and Check-In

Once you've arrived, remove all perishable items from your vehicle, as well as any personal belongings you'll need to access throughout the day. Once you're inside, the staff at the front desk will take your information and assign a technician to your vehicle. They'll also be able to give you a cost and timing estimate for your repairs.

If you're requesting a walk-in service, our staff will add you to the waitlist and take your contact information so they can let you know when it's your turn for service.

Walkthrough of Your Work Order

Your technician will thoroughly review your work order and requested service with you, giving you the opportunity to meet the person actually performing the repairs on your vehicle. You'll also be able to ask any questions you have about your planned service.

While your service is being completed, you're welcome to pass the time in our spacious, pet-friendly waiting room. If you're up for a little more excitement, you can also check out the Visitor Center, schedule a Factory Tour, or explore the nearby parks.

Pick Up Your Vehicle

Once we've notified you that your repairs are complete, head back to the Factory Service Center to pick up your RV. Your technician will walk you through all the service that was completed on your vehicle and ensure that you're satisfied with the quality of the work.
