If our technicians need further information to complete your repairs, the Factory Service Team can speak with Winnebago’s engineering team to get the answers we need. Plus, Factory Service is able to offer engineering-approved upfitting to your RV.

If you've been a GoLife Perks member for at least 30 days prior to scheduling your service, you'll receive a 10% discount on the parts and accessories associated with your service. Getting your repairs and maintenance done at the Factory Service Center helps you make the most of your membership.

Arrival and Check-In

Once you've arrived, remove all perishable items from your vehicle, as well as any personal belongings you'll need to access throughout the day. Once you're inside, the staff at the front desk will take your information and assign a technician to your vehicle. They'll also be able to give you a cost and timing estimate for your repairs.

If you're requesting a walk-in service, our staff will add you to the waitlist and take your contact information so they can let you know when it's your turn for service.

Sit Back and Relax

While your service is being completed, you're welcome to pass the time in our spacious, pet-friendly waiting room. If you're up for a little more excitement, you can also check out the Visitor Center, schedule a Factory Tour, or explore the nearby parks.
