How many repair items can I schedule at once?

If you schedule an appointment ahead of time, there is no limit to the number of items you can request. Please be comprehensive when scheduling your appointment to ensure we have the time and materials available to complete your service. A large volume of repair and maintenance items may require multi-day service.

Walk-ins are limited to seven items per appointment.

Can I add additional items to my service?

When you check in for your appointment, you'll have the opportunity to meet with your technician, and you can request additional repairs and maintenance at that time.

Depending on the size and nature of the additional request, we reserve the right to require you to make a new appointment for the additional repair item(s).

How long will my service take?

The length of your service depends on many factors, including the complexity of the repair item(s) and availability of materials. Service can range from a few hours to several days.

We're happy to work with your insurance company for the repairs to your vehicle. Contact your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment with us. Be sure to provide us with yoru insurance company and claims adjuster's name and contact information when you schedule your appointment.

What if I need emergency repair?

If you are traveling and encounter a situation that prohibits you from safely using your motorhome, contact Factory Service. While immediate appointments may not be available, we will make every effort to prioritize your coach in our non-appointment queue.

What information do I need available for check-in?

When checking in for your appointment, please have your service plan, insurance information (if applicable), RV serial number, and mileage. Also ensure that you've removed all perishables from the vehicle, along with any personal items that you'll need to access throughout the day.
