Everything you need to know to make the most of your Winnebago Factory Tour.

Are children allowed on the tours?

Because tours involve production environments, minors must be at least nine years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Are there steps on the tour?

Yes, there is a good deal of walking on the tour—including two sets of stairs on the Class A & C Motorhome Complex Tour. You must be fully-ambulatory, no assisting devices required, and able to complete the entire tour to go on the bus.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets, service and support animals are welcome inside our Visitors Center and Factory Service Center. However, for safety purposes they are not allowed on our Factory Tours.

Will the tour be inside or outside?

The tours are conducted inside. You will be walking short distances from the bus to the buildings.

Can I park my RV in the Visitors Center parking lot?

Absolutely! We have a large day-time parking lot that can accommodate RVs and cars.

Am I able to spend the night in my RV?

We have some overnight parking spaces at the Visitor Center with electrical hookups as well as across the street on our Winnebago Rally Grounds.  Guests must check in at the Visitor Center prior to parking to receive a parking pass.  Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Water and dump stations are also available on the Winnebago Rally Grounds.  Additional camping is available locally at the city-owned Pammel Park Campground as well as the Pilot Knob State Park and various county parks within the region.

Can I take pictures while on the tour?
