WA: Evergreen Winnies

January Outing:

What a rootin’ tootin’ good time we had at our “Western” themed outing! While we only had 4 coaches in attendance (after 4 cancellations), the covered wagons circled, the chuckwagon fed us and the cowboy bingo game brought out the chuckles.  Each member wore their western attire and we were all the “new sheriffs in town” with our bright gold & silver sheriff star badges. Several western games were played including ringing the horns on the steer. Each member won some cowboy note pads and a covered wagon filled with goodies. We rustled up snacks for our happy hours and had “Wild West” dinners. Sunday after we had flap jacks and eggs for breakfast, we hopped on our horses with wheels and headed into the sunset. What a fun time despite our small group. The sunshine made the outing extra enjoyable
