Our hosts were John and Leslie Keener and there were 5 coaches in attendance. Members who attended were John and Leslie Keener, Fred and Linda Tomsett, John and Mary Ann Findeis, John and Bunnie Ohman and Roy and Sarah Sowers. Thursday some of our members went to dinner at Zachry’s Restaurant. One of the best restaurants in Brunswick. Friday some members went to St. Simon’s Island at 11:30 a.m. and had lunch. Friday at 5:00 p.m. members brought appetizers to happy hour in the club room. Friday evening we carpooled to the Marshside Grill for dinner. They had great food. After dinner we all met at the club room for la great game called “Left, Right, Center.” Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. we had a delicious breakfast of Mexican Taco Casserole in the club room provided by our hosts. After breakfast we had a club meeting. Some members went to St. Simon’s Island for the afternoon. Saturday afternoon we met at the club room for appetizers at 5:00 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. we had a wonderful dinner of Brunswick Stew, Salad, Cornbread and dessert. Sunday everyone headed home for their next adventure.
