WA: Rainier Ramblers

Hi All,

I hope that everyone has been enjoying the winter, wherever you are. On our way back from Christmas in Texas, Ed and I enjoyed a two day mini-rally with John & Florence in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We had a couple of nice dinners out and took a hike to Dripping Spring. Yes, it really was Dripping. We also spent four days at Dee Dee’s property in Yuma. She has a really great set-up with an RV site for herself, one for guests, and a Casita with a lovely shade porch and rooftop deck. It was good to catch up with Dee Dee, as well as make a visit to Los Algodones, Mexico. While we were in Yuma, Dee Dee, Ed and I joined JD & Kathy for breakfast at a local restaurant in Yuma. It was great fun to stay in touch with Rainier Ramblers in far off places.

We arrived home on Wednesday and now are turning our sights toward spring and the start of Rally season in the Pacific Northwest. I hope to see you at the first rally at Wine Country RV Park in Prosser, April 14-17. By now, you should also have information from Joe Robel on the Fun-A-Bagos rally, May 13–17, at Chelan County Expo Center in Chelan.

Safe Travels, Sharon Stanford
