Outdoor Living

The powered patio awning with LED lighting plus the additional batwing awning expands the outdoor living space up to 200 square feet on 3 sides, shielding the exterior kitchen (on select floorplans) from the elements. Panels also drop down to create an exterior shower or changing room.

Extended-Season Ready

2-inch FILON^® MAX fiberglass sidewalls with Azdel Onboard^® composite panels and fully-composite flooring provide insulation to protect from harsh UV rays in summer and reduce heat loss in winter. The 13.5K BTU A/C and 11.5K BTU LP furnace handle cooling and heating, while the enclosed holding tanks include 12-volt pad heaters to prevent freezing.
